ore done! starting to look properly good now!

Foam backed door cards for more sound insulation / less rattles.

Posted Image

Hmm Strut brace :)

Posted Image

Sprayed my c pillars black to match the a and b pillars. never did understand why the car came with beige ones anyway.

Posted Image

Rear trim in place, new carpeted shelf supports.

Posted Image

Since i cut a double din hole in my old center console, i got a new one to cut up for a single din.

Posted Image

After liking the cubby-hole light in my mates a3, i decided to build on into my centre console.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Posted Image

Then installed crossovers + stereo into console.

Posted Image

Posted Image

Lots and lots of wires to connect! (3 sets of rcas, one iso block, wiring for the new light, arial, crossovers (3 stereo speakre wires into each))

Posted Image

Thats better

Posted Image

Audi TT pedals!

Posted Image

Posted Image

Eventually got my front leather set in too! Lushness!

Posted Image

Started tidying up my front speaker pods this afternoon too, they were built in a rush for a road trip so needed smoohting badly.

Posted Image

So close now!

looking good....always had a soft spot for golfs. I had a mk1 gti a couple of years ago but it was beyond my capabilities due to the insane amount of rot!

nice, a lot of hardwork in such a short time. I used to really like the golfs (still do) but then my eyes opened to the real GTi...... the 205!!! Lol, nah i am still very keen on the golf and this one is a very nice example!

lookin good, make sure you use the 16v gearbox when you fit the new motor, nothing like an 8v box to kill performance.
ive had a couple of golfs and porsche wheels on both, design 90's and polished 928 wheels.

might be a good idea to get the dif pins bolted, they have a habit of spitting out of the casing as I found out with mine!
loved my old mk2 it was great.
What wheel adapters did you use for the porker wheels?
