Only a couple of quick pics, i'll get some better ones tomorrow, for now, just roughly bolted the bonnet on, (not in the pics) would be pointless to line everything up before i get the bonnet catch on the slam panel (i'm missing a small spring that holds the catch in place!)
Need to go and pick the grille up, but that's a minor job.
New engine in with new K&N cone filter, new radiator, Alloy inlet manifold, new exhaust manifold and front pipe, it sounds awesome 8-)
Also, the new arches fitted
.
So, to sumarise, the list of job's it's had done at Green & White are...
Fit the 4 pots including Goodridge braided hoses
New discs
New pads
Rebuild and adjus rear brakes
Fit engine
Swap Metro to Mini engine mounts
New radiator
New K&N Filter
New front half of the exhaust
New Inlet and exhaust manifolds
Fit front shock's
Fit the Hi-Lo's all round (still need a little adjustment to wind them down a bit as it's still sits a bit high)
Fit wheel arches
Supply and fit new top tint windscreen
New/2nd hand rear screen
They've fitted new 1/4 windows too, although i was gonna fit the old ones i've had, but saves a job
So you could say i'm happy with everything they've done!
Also, the 1275 seems far more revvier than the 998 that was in, can't wait to take it out on the road, roll on the MOT!!!!

By then, i should have sorted why i have no hazzards and i should have the bumpers and rear fog properly fitted and seatbelts in. After that, i'll just be waiting for the door mirrors to be fitted, one of them is getting repainted, but i can't fit the other one yet, as the guy who painted them, fitted the wrong fixing bases for the mirrors, (i.e., the drivers mirror has the passenger mounting base and vice versa)

Yeah, can't wait to get it back on the road, although the interior's sort of back in bits again, well, the dash is out whilst i fit the speaker pods back up, but i might aswell run the wiring for the remote locking and the freeview whilst it's out, and try and sort why i have no hazards. I've worked out that so far, the hazard relay is fine, was about to check more in depth, but had to do a callout, someone's door access system had very nicely decided that her prox. card wasn't valid any more so she was stuck in the building
So i'll have to check the fuses, which i know are fine as the hazzards use the same fuse as the interior light and that works, but you never know! I've got a feeling it's the switch that's broke though.
Oh, and i found a spare 12v socket, so i've fitted that to one of the boot panels, running it as a permenant live so i don't have to put the ignition on all the time. Also, earlier on, i tried the car from a cold start, expecting it to take a while to fire, but it only took about half a turn of the starter for it to fire up, my mother isn't happy though, it's parked infront of the living room window, which is now covered in soot from the exhaust lol!

Been spending again! Decided that i'd buy a chrome brake resevoir cover, stainless guide for the bonnet catch (the bit that sits on top of the slam panel) and a chrome coil cover to brighten up the engine bay. Plus yet another order to mini spares for a bonnet prop and associated clips, a pair of washer jets as the last pair i bought didn't fit the stupid d shaped holes on the scuttle panel, and finally the nuts that hold the wipe wheelboxes on.
Also, the return spring for the bonnet catch has turned up too, so i can eventually get the bonnet fitted and everything adjusted properly today. I might fit the seatbelts and the rear arch covers for insid the car next to the back seat too.
