in theory it should.. basically as when metal is cooled it contracts, therefore should return to the point of least surface area (or it's original pressed shape - something to do with metal memory ?? ), I think the heat is just to allow the paint to flex without chipping....
I'll give it a go, as I have a small push dent in the back of the galant, which I was just going to push back out, but no real harm can be done...
I suspect you'd have more difficulty with a dent which has creased...

i have a big bottle of co2.... and some invertible dusting spray(but i think that its just compressed air) when i get the car back, there a a couple of little dings that i'll have a go at and let you all know.

the thing with that video is that the paint finish is dull to start with so you can't really ee the dent very well... also, a small dint on the right hand of the panel is still visible at the end of the video... i have a few small dents and 1 crease that i will try it on but to be honest, i'm not holding out much hope for any of them....

just bought a can, and been told the local shop that sells everything for a pound has some cans similar to this too so when i get a chance i will test it out on my roof
