Mark, be careful to inspect the welds on the rear caliper mountings for cracking as it doesnt look like it has penetrated the metal properly.

Been at ti all day getting it stripped out ready for the new frame next week.
Having a new plated diff and stainless race exhaust system aswell so will have a few goodies for sale aswell to help pay for it all.

Its looking a bit sad at the moment

Only a few bolts holding it in now so it wont take long to get the frame out once im at zcars next week
Whilst its in bits it is going on a diet of carbon and aluminium in certain areas as its about 70kgs overweight!!!! compared tot he zcars racer.

Cheers

I havnt thought about prices yet but i will have a hayabusa manifold with a stainless silencer and a std busa can aswell to keep it quiet.
Will also have a zcars frame aswell as im upgrading mine.
I have some other stuff aswell but i gotta get the mini out of the garage to sift through all my parts.

Mark, Let me know what you want for the frame. May be able to use it as a starting point for my new toy.

Hi Phil, I done it as the floor was too low for my seating posistion and the second box section strengthened the floor aswell.

Been up at zcars today in the operating theatre.....................

Out with the old....................

In with the new race spec rear frame which has bee custom made to fit my front cage as it was an early kit and the jigs have changed a bit since then.
Should all be ok with the scrutineering now as the tube size was too small with the old rear frame.

Got it all tacked together today plus added a few extra peices of strengh and shell support.

Im back there in a few weeks when its alll been powder coated to re assemble it and then get Zcars to make my new stainless exhaust system.

I also noticed ADYZR1's 07 plate mini looking well in the showroom.

Cheers
