I read all about your mini in mini world, and didn't realise you were on here , a truely great car, I'm doing a charger conversion at the moment, check my project thread , and just want to say your spec has been a real help to me , thanks.

By the way, where did you get that supercharged badge from ?

Oz, nice to speak to you today. Just finished reading (2 hours later) I did post one up a long time ago about the scalextric 1275gt. You are an inspiration man. Truly superb work. I really think you should produce these hinges tho! Make a fortune mate!

I read that you painted it yourself, what type of paint did you use, finish is outstanding .

Coolest mini ive seen at the side of the motorway (seen a few now )

Looked in the mirror as I went past, sat low with the whole of the frontend up and the wide yokos on show

Atleast it was a minor problem, I was afraid with that powerful engine something was majorily wrong, felt gutted for you at the time.

When I get round to buying more parts (after respray now) gonna have to make sure your minis in at the time

no worries carboy001 the car is now my daily driver...yep I said daily driver 7 days a week and it's ace can't keep me out of it at the mo lol L2B here we come a proper road trip! The guys @ Autocar (Lumenition) the coil was the issue! beware lucas sports coils are not what they used to be! EEK

The badge came from the good old USA a real old school hot rod shop

Not scrapped god no just waiting for the yanks to get their fingers out and recast the manifold which is taking forever! Bit frustrating really as I have done all the hard work for them lol
