Lush! Looking really nice mate When you hung your exhaust, did you make new brackets? Is it hung off the body, or subframe?
Ian
Made bracket mate...there is no rear sub so hangs off the body via some re enforced plates.

hi there it looks like your doing a great job , your doing the best thing repairing your old shell i started to repair my 1990 cooper shell which wasnt great but not to bad condition then went for the easy option of a heratige shell having once prepared and painted a genuine rover shell i thought this would be a good plan , heratige shells are no where near the same quality of a rovers ! looking back i should have carried on with the origanal shell and saved my self a lot of moneyI did think about a shell but if you look at the front its not going to be std ! and cutting up a new shell at ?3k+ brought a tear to my eye...repanel under ?1k and I know its welded properly hehe I have seen lots of BMH shells and they aint great. Plus I have nerer took one this far before and its been fun

Hey Andy how's your coming on? I have the updated version of the pedal box with me now I will post some pics up real soon. The 1st one was to complicated and not all that mini friendly so we are re-designing one to be mini specific. The floor mount idea it out the window though as there just isn't enough leg room. As said hold off if you can it should be finished in about a week as soon as I finish the mock up!
The battery is an Odyssey 680 battery by the way don't need anything really big as it's got a high torque starter.
