I know what your saying...I don't know why I wasn't wetting myself I guess I was amazed it ran so well with all that's been done to it I was tired and didn't think it would start 1st go...I forgot to get exited. I peed myself off to be completly honest! exhaust is a custom jobby 2 TR7 race tune back boxes a proper rear y section all in 2 1/2" mirror stainless.

Not running a heater in the car due to lack of space...so was thinking about using a heated front screen. Has any one else got one fitted and are they any good?

Somerford mini's do them and the wiring loom. Got one on my Discovery, and they are mint. Don't know what the drainage on the battery is like as I know they use a bit of juice, but just don't drive with it on and everything else is switched off.

I think we are going to stock them at Moss as the do seem to be a really good idea...Mini screen defrost through the heater is pretty rubbish really as the first few mins makes it worst before it starts to clear. According to the supplier the current draw is very low on the newer type quick clear heated screens! Think its the way to go really :-
thanks for the reply Boad

let me know please if moss are going to be doing a good heated frt screen. switching the screen demist on in mine just makes things worse and they seem like the perfect replacement.

Confirmed! I have to ordered for stock 5 of each of the heated front screens for Moss Europe.
5 x Monte Carlo style
5 x Green Top Tint
5 x Tinted
5 x clear

We should heave the in the next few days >_< I will make sure they have complete fitting instruction and all the wiring required to fit and a switch... the guy who make them assures me they are very low current draw and a 10A fuse is overkill  and they can run on existing wiring! I will let you know. And the price!! I will keep as low as possible
