7-8 hours at 60 -65mph including a few stops for fuel and rest stops

and as dev said we left from rugby early in the morning and drive to brandshatch then on to th camp site about 14 -15 hours in total no problem

as hang a round at brands then at ferry port then on ferry loads of resting time

and can be done much quicker just depends on pace slowest car

still better than driving for 5 hours to hotel hanging around having some to to eat hanging around before bed

still prefer to do the extra few hours put up tent and have a fire a drink then to bed much more fun and dam site cheaper as well

Idont think its that long actually pal.

The feery got in at 12 GMT or 1pm frog o'clock. Then we dicked about for a good half hour, then was stopping every half hour to fix doms car.

So i reckon 5 hours tops. only took 3 once we got going to get to charlori, so i reckon 5 tops.

thats at the speed we went.

well, if i go (have got the ok from the missus but depends on getting the clubby on the road and snag free), i'll leaving be from warwick and i'd rather get through france asap for a decent beer session at the camp site

Well we will be leaving from Rugby (if its ok with Stig), and going straight there mate.

Its great when you see the signs for Spa as you know its not much further.

I could have hit 88, but I kept on slowing down so Dev and Stig didn't run out of petrol!

Yeah sorry about that folks. Got a more reliable , slower metro engine in there now.

7/8 hours down there at 60 ish mph sounds good with breaks.
