Hey guys, iv done a little more to the mini this week, and i have a week off next week so im hoping to get the majority of it finished......
anyway, here are the photos of what iv done, i bought a new intercooler off ebay as the other one just wouldnt fit anywhere properly it was a bargain at £16!!!
Iv done a little tidying to the engine bay...
Iv also got my evil eye headlight covers fitted, which i think look really good!
Thanks

Just a couple more little jobs before i get it taken to sleaford mini centre for a rolling road set up and an mot....
What do you guys think?
she does need a wash and a polish!!

Iv covered the boot boarding today, iv done the outside and the back ones in black vinyl and the base in black carpet...
I think they look rather good... (the bottom one is removeable so i can still get to the battery...)

It definately does mate, it also helps to have my dad be an ex carpet fitter as iv carpeted my roof in black....
Iv also finished my interior... Please comment as id like to know what you all think of the end result?
(PS i had to feed my dad through the rear window to fitt the roof linning carpet as the seats dont tilt!)
Here you can see the high metalic of the black paintwork....
Thanks

WoW love the head lining never seen one done like that befor might just have to copy that with a slight twist
nice mini in general I dont like black minis not kean on smooth boots and modern looks in genral but i think it all works well on this project and and gives a diffrent insight of how a mini can be done
ps intercooler my guess Vauxhall Omega or BMW diesel (same parts used on both) ????

Its going to sleaford mini centre on monday, (needs the exhaust manifold sealing, undersealing and setting up on the rollers)
Then from there its going for mot, hopefully by the end of next week.....
I then need a couple of good runs as a shakedown make sure stuff is all good...
