bit of a up date
ordered the new rubbers and bushes for the gear's so hopefully Mrs bungle can find second more often
bought a new roof canvas for less than 1/2 price
got a price that wasn't bad to lower the bus a bit
but not this much
i remeber reading about this sometime ago,
i do recall it having a splitty rearend grafted on and having the chassis notched

oh and by the way you camper looks like a cracking example

the windscreen washers have never worked
all the bits were there but just not plumbed in
i gave up trying to work it out, luckily some one with a camper offered help and they were only just down the road
its a funny system as there's no water pump
you have a washer bottle with a pipe out of the bottom and a pipe out of the top, the top pipe has a air valve in it and you have to pressurise it to 40 psi
the pipe out of the bottom then goes up to the wiper switch where there's a switch for the water pipe, after this its off to the washer jets
wouldn't it just be easier with a pump Mr VW ?
so while i was fixing i removed the dash and fixed the panel lights, fixed the reversing lights and ran a new wire from the leisure battery to the radio
so a good day playing in the garden today

just still need to find time to go camping in her
