Well the drivers side sill is now finished, thank god! I had a bit of a disaster the first time I applied the stonechip because the pressure from the conpressor was too high and the was going on to thick, and once it dried it cracked really badly. So I stripped it all and started again, but this time I used stonechip from a spray can as my regulator on the compressor is knackered

I hand brushed schultz on the sill but up to the join line between the sill and floor i sprayed the schultz on.

Thanks

I aint been able to take any pics this week as its too dark when i get home from work. Ive been trying to get the door to fit better this evening but its being a right nightmare, think I might need to widen the holes for the hinges so I can slighly reposition the hinges to get the door to open properly.

Small update:

Bulkhead is now in primer, floor has been repaired and painted with rattle can, unfortunatle those fools at Halfords couldnt mixed the exact flame red for my car so I had to use flame red (89)

I was going to use Bitumen pads from Newton commercials but they are very expensive, anyone know where you can get stuff cheaper?

Also trial fitted the n/s A Panel, as you can see the door isnt flush, so off with the door and make the holes alittle bigger to give me some adjustment.

Well not much of an update, but the subframe has been bolted on and the front end seems to be fit quite well, just a few things that need sorting with a panel beating hammer.

Hopefully Ill have it all welded up by next weekend!
