LOL! :saywhat: Thats what you think!! It's got a small rust spot appearing on the top ot the A-panel, the frame on the underside of the bonnet is starting to rust around the edges, and the spot light brackets have become a lovely shade of brown too!! Unfortunately non of this is covered under the Rover warranty!! Why you ask?? because they're a bunch of c**k munching to**ers!! Pardon me :grin:Nice mini you have there, you prob haven't had any rust with that age, I should have bought a newer one for the prices I payed to get all the rust cut out and re-sprayed
Nice wheels!!!
Overall the car owes me about £10000 so trust me, your much better off with an older model. Oh i wish i stayed with carbs!!

its a 1969 (75 reg)mini jem, its an old kit car you could build out of your rusty mini.
its a bit of a laugh, noisy , quite comfy, fast enough to get you banned, and is tiny!
its been an ongoing project now for 15 years , its got a 1293 m.e.d. lump in it, 's' brakes, hilos, gaz dampers, 2.9 final drive for relaxed motorway cruising, and playing with boy racers!

I've only had it 6 days so I'm still learning.... But It has got:
Twin 1.5" Su's, Stage 2 head, Mini Play exhaust, K&N Pancake filters, Spax Adjustables and Hi-Lo's all round, De-Seamed, Twin Headlight, Cobra bucket seats, 13" Superlite alloys and Sprayed in VW Montana green.
It does need some work but I'll get there in the end, On the to do list for tomorrow is. Removing all the interior clean the floor up and paint with Hammerite and remove the front wiring loom....
