Im Wittsy and i drive a 1976 clubby 998cc.

Its got sportspack arches, cooper alloys and RC40 exhaust.

Sprayed in VW R32 blue (poorly i may add)

Long-term project

Hope to strip down and purchase 1275/1380 transplant next year

Hi

This is my first post.

I'm Rob and I have a 1979 1275GT (Betty) that I am currently planning on stripping and rebuilding. Either that or a good clean up. The engine definately needs a bit of attention.

I've joined the forum to get some hints and tips on my way through my project.

Alright Guys, just picked up a 91 studio 2, in yellow w/ white stripes and roof. Project for the summer, at the moment its on 13" Revolutions w/ yokos front and rear, 998 with air filter cant see a brand on it, Cooper S exhaust. Plan is to get the visual stuff done first, interior, dash, wider arches etc, then get cracking with everything else. pictures up soon. Whos going to somerset on the 17th and 18th??

getting a mini flame red tomorrow after work nothing done to it first planing on getting some rust sorted on it then getting it repanted then stage 1 tuneing it

My first mini.. it's completely standard at the moment - only planning a few subtle modifications - sports exhaust, 57i kit, maybe some deep dish alloys!
