Hi, My name's Andy and i own a Black Mini Thirty, which is currently undergoing a partial re-build in my garage, plans are to return the car to original condition with a few subtle mods, such as a wooden dash, stage 1 kit. Hoping to have it back on the road before the end of the year - that's if i don't find anymore holes! - Is it me or the later Rover cars worse for rusting??

Hi I'm Sarah, I've just bought a 1994 Mini 35, 12 months MOT 6 months tax, its mint condition with no rust at all but looks a little silly at the moment because its sitting really high after just fitting new front cones ^_^ Its got 35000 miles and I paid £1200 for her, I've called her Winnie. My hubby thinks I paid way too much for a 15 year old year old Mini and would love someonelse who knows about Minis to tell him he's wrong. I love her to bits and am gradually changing all the black plastic exterior parts to nice shiny chrome ones, gonna put fat arches on her, spot lights and big mini lites and maybe a loud exhaust, I'm not gonna change her too much because I still want her to resemble a Mini 35. Hopefully she'll be all done by L2B x

Well I own nothing overly special (well to me she is) 1976 mini 1000 - all original apart form the tacky placy black arches - but she is heading for restoration next month so these will go back to original spec. Apart from that all is original and she has done 32.2k

Here she is, Nancy

I am in South Carolina, USA. I own a 1968 Riley Elf which is currently undergoing a complete rebuild, at the completion of which it will have a D15 Honda VTEC engine, disc brakes, coil sprung supension, left hand drive, air conditioning, twin fuel tanks, 13 inch wheels, arches, and a new Damask Red and Whitehall Beige paint job. Next job will be the interior, when my wallet recovers a bit.

she's beautiful! i'm a big fan of the 35's since i'm the proud owner of one myself :shifty: i have the pinky red version though

and £1200 is nothing if it's rust free and with so low mileage it's an investment :shifty:

Hi,

I'm Bishop Maverick (Ben's my real name)

I just bought an 1990 mini flame, in immaculate condition apart from the a panel which had a rusty hole, a that quickly turned rusty in the passenger door, very sweet runner though... And has some goodies.

Planning to restore when I get the chance

Enjoy your minis I know I love mine,

Bishop M.

ps. will upload some piccys when I get a chance but the camera has been set up for some portraits of a friend I'm doing this weekend.
