1998 Rover Mini John Cooper S Works.

Exterior - Classic green paintwork with factory fitted sports pack alloys and flared arches. Lots of Stainless steel.

Interior - Porcelain green leather interior, bur walnut wooden dashboard and door cappings with John Cooper signature alloy door bits and bobs. Thick carpet.

Technical info - Multi point injection. 90 BHP, large valve head, inlet manifold changed, stainless exhaust, roller rockers (1.5).

Just bought my first mini. A 1992/3 Italian Job. Can anyone tell me anything about it? Engine size etc? No plans as yet beyond a new engine mount bush (clunky).

Hey everyone, just moved into my new home and finally got some space to work on my mini. Owned him now for nearly two years just ticking him over! Not sure yet of what it'll become but hoping to tidy it up, maybe start hill climbing. Has anyone got any advice on easy mods that may help me on my way? Thanks

Hey i'm new to this site and to mini's, wanted one for years...finally bought a mini one salt pack 1.6i 16v, british racing green, 02 plate, got it on the 4th of june....absolutely love it. Iv not done anything to it yet not sure what to do to it...i'm going to get checkered wing mirrors for it soon though!!!

I have 2 minis - one 1998 Cooper Si, and one heavily modded 1984 1380 MED stage 5 engined City.
The 1984 car cost me £15000 to convert 9 years ago - I've done 4500 miles in it since.
It's quite quick ( 105 bhp at the wheels_ but I'm considering supercharging it this year.
I bought the Cooper Si for my son to share 8 years ago. It's been comprehensively bodily rebuilt on two occasions (due to rust worm) and has been a really gret cruising car (unlike my homebuilt which is incredibly noisy)

Hi my names mark from kendal cumbria, I drive a 92' cooper spi which is currently off the road as I was hoping to restore her to to her former glory. Sadly, the body is plagued with rust and really the best option would be to completely re-shell the car. As heritage shells out of my price range, I was wondering if anyone has a second hand one they want rid of?? If not, maybe recomendations?? thanks

i drive a 1988 mini with a mg metro 1275gt with a stage one on it, i just got it last thrusday its my first one and not gonna be my last. currently is a purple with a blue pearl, interior is in perfect condition, but my plans for the car are a pearl white with a blue pearl, the rrof is going to be pearl whtie with a pink pearl in silver ghost checkers, the interior is going to be blue suede with white tubing and white stitch, then ill be putting a honda k20, to preserve the rear seats and boot. im alos going to have carbon fender flares with 13x7 minilites with paint that will match the car while keeping the lip chrome. im a super newb at minis. as this is my first one, any ideas how to keep it cool in arizona's 115 degree weather
