This is mine, it's a bit bland compared to some of yours, but I love it. ^_^
His name is Basil, after John Cleese's character from Fawlty Towers. Since my name is Manuel, the car is british, and Basil owned Manuel it seemd logical to me :D.

Basil is a '91 cooper with a stage 1 kit, koni sport shocks, and a few tiny bits and bobs.

I drive a lilac 1978 mini called Lilly. My plans are that she is having a re-shell! (we had an accident with 6 fence posts and a 40ft drop last october) so while thats been done, she has gained green tint glass all round, new angel eye headlights, boy they are bright!, new seats, and just new everything including the cooper S engine to go with her curent cooper S brakes!!! and lots of new shiny bits!!! Cant wait!

Not actually driving yet as I am only 16 so have to make do with a moped, although I will hopefully be buying a 1992 Mini Mayfair 998 off of my unlce, needs ALOT of work, will upload some pictures when I next go see it... It has O.S.F. damage, which has not, luckily, shifted the subframe or anything so just going to fit carbon fibre flip front. Has A 1275 unit in it at the minute which is blown from the other mini around my uncles, so will be swapping it back to the original 998 unit once it has bee painted and 'tarted' up! Also may be taking out the back seats for space for some speakers and ofcourse a RC40 exhaust for optimum exhaust flow without loosing the back pressure needed for the engine.
All in all it is a possible project, so wish me luck people!

I've got a Mini 25. An exact replica of my first car that i foolishly sold 12 years ago. It's at the local garage at the moment having an MOT retest (failed last week on a wheel bearing). It's in pretty good condition, has had new front wings and valance, some of the missing trim has been purchased, and it's going for a full respray next week. The previous owner had it sprayed, and it is a monumentally dreadful job. Will post some pics when it's all done.

my first car

a completely standard jet black... she's going to stay that way (maybe).

58,000 miles and a bit rusty - but i don't mind.

This is the most recent pic I have of my daily drive - 1988 City E (but with a sprite engine) taken at Stanford Hall last year..

Posted Image

I have owned her since Sept '02 and she's changed quite a bit in that time! An engine make-over is next on the to-do list...

Ok. Here goes

1983 Mayfair, Gizzmo.
This one is my wifes and has been her only car for 11 yars
Light metalic green with metallic BRG roof and bonnet stripes
998 with stage one
Gaz shocks and hi-los
10x6 ultralights and Wood & Picket arches

This is just being stripped for spraying most of the light green bits

Park lane, Skunk
This was also my first car
Black with old english white roof
1275 and stage 1
kent 276 cam
stage 3 head
twin dtm
Luminition ignition
12x6 superlights and wood & picket arches

So many plans for this one!

Park Lane, Shuck
We got this as our daily drive and does about 10k a year. Its standard 998 except a pico twin exit back box and aldon electronic ignition. The previous owner put in Metro seats to aid the comfort.
12x5 ultralight whees and group 2 arches

I have stripped a 1275 in prep to rebuild as a smooth, reliable motor

Last of all
1983 City, Lumpy

This was my sisters car that my dad did up for trackday and possible sprints. Its red with checked roof and bonnet stripes
998 with HIF44
1275 head of unknown source
1.3:1 roller rockers
rc40 exhaust
machined down 8.4" discs
10x5 mini special alloys
There was some work done on the clutch assembly aswell but not sure what
Rollcage, cobra bucket seat and 6 point harness.

It did screem until taken off the road 2 years ago. This has now become a major project for the future and the excuse neded to by welding kit.
