Hi I'm Jon,
I have owned my mini for for 3 years and have been slowly doing it up, all I have left is to sort the electrics out to my stereo, make a new parcel shelf and design a new boot interior.
I have some photos below to show you and I'd like to here what you think and what you would do to make it look better or just genuinely improve it.
Cheers

I am hoping to drive my 1972 MK3 850 again after a 20 year absence from the road. It has been in my garage since it came off the road in 1995. Came into a little bit of money so a friend of mine, and me are currently slowly working to restore her.

The bodywork of the mini is in very sound condition, apart from boot area. It has damage to front inner wings as it was involved in a minor crash. As can be imagined there is one hell of a lot to do but its a great satisfying project to do. We hope to submit her for a MOT test late summer, but there is no great hurry.

Just a plain old '91 carb Cooper, bog standard, the Spanish MOT folk are a right pain in the butt with non standard, reversing spot, spots and fogs all had to go year by year! Even measured roof height the other year!Attached File  image.jpg   65.42K   7 downloads

It's a MK III retro, with MKII tail lights and grill.  Just completed an upgrade of the engine from 1293 to 1360, Calver head w/1.4:1 rockers, Isky cam, HIF44.  Nice street car with buckets of torque

1978 Canadian Mini - was built from a shell and a garage full of parts back in '93, driven for a couple years then stored until last summer when it went back on the road.  It's not undergoing a brake upgrade (Cooper S) and new gas shocks before hitting the road again.

It's a 998 with Cooper head, twin SUs, LCB.

We are concurrently refurbishing a mid '60s 1275S engine that had been rebuilt, installed then removed from a wrecked car.  Sat for over 40 years in a plastic wrap in a buddy's garage.

Hi, I've owned a white 1994 SPi Cooper for just under a year now, it has a 1293 with stage 3 head. It needs a rewire and a good clean/rust treating, also need to look at the engine as although it runs well... start up is akin to a canal barge....
