It's red and white at the moment but i would soon like to change it to Old English White and Gloss Black much like 'Minime94's 85 Mini Mayfair (beautiful by the way)
Starting with the Stage 1 Kit
Body work and interior to be done as and when finances permit.

My Mini is a little bit special (ok, it's only my opinion).
It's a 1969 Mk 2 in Almond Green with 33,508 miles to it's name and approx 95% of those are dry miles. Everything about it is original with the exception of the brake fluid res, the clutch fluid res and the radiator. On Wednesday the exhaust will be added to the list. It appears in the July 2003 edition of Mini mag if you should wish to search for it under the title of Time Machine on P26.
What takes the biscuit with this Mini is the ridiculously detailed history. The article explains but in short the Mini was bought with an accompanying carrier bag of amazing history. The star of the show is the record of it's life which begins when the gentleman in South London bought it (23 July 1970) and continues up to the present day. Yes, every drop of fuel, every drop of oil, every light bulb, every everything. Sounds bizarre, I know, but it's all there.
What a lovely little find it is.
Dave.

Always wanted one, and it came up at the right price with 12 months MOT, a few months time I'll be on the road, and I hope to have him up to scratch by then, as he is a bit shabby round the edges :)
I'll be sure to keep everyone posted on how it's going. 430093_10150734004322673_632497672_11117459_472425362_n.jpg 67.97K 19 downloads
