Hey, :tongue: I'm not driving yet but will be next week, I have a black 1979 Mini Clubman its a lovely little car ive just had loads work done on it so i wont be doing anything else just yet.

Hey! You guys have got some pretty fly Mini's, so here's mine.

I have a 1997 Rover Mini Cooper in BRG. It's a 1275cc with twin point
injection (I think)

The previous owner had Sportspack arches & wide alloys put on as well as
a Webasto Sunroof. She also had a sticker put on the boot lid that read
"Barbie's Limo" which I had to remove.

I've not done any mods myself yet because I only got the car in Jan & I'm trying
to raise some more ££££'s to pay for some of the stuff I have in mind,
like...........

A Play twin centre DTM exhaust.
A New stereo to replace the radio cassette (gonna get a CD changer I think).

I want to put a K&N in & get a central locking kit when I get round to it & get some new shocks too.

& I'm probably gonna get some bootboards off roberts when he's back from the
states.

Yeah, it is a bit fuzzy from time to time, and the volume tends to fluctuate too, which is really annoying.

What Mini Do you Drive?

I am new to the froum and i drive a Red '86 Mini Mayfair called POJ.
It was 50 squid and has had a lot of welding work done to it. the roof was almost pink so it got tin sprayed white temporarily so it didn't look too bad.

A lot of work has gone into getting it fit for mot and is looking a bit worse for ware at the moment.
It has just been given 4 new shocks and 2 new calipers and brake pads at the recent Avon Park camping weekend in stratford. (fitted on the day)

Here is a piccie of POJ, not very good light but that was after the roof was done white in 2003.



A respray is close at hand and new chrome arches and accessories.
Not long now.

hi, in the process of finishing my project. a 1967 mini, brand new shell med full race 1380 with nos, completly modified. coilovers, beam axle,flip front 13" split rims and much more madness. should be good when finished

I drive a 1977 Mini 1000, no engine mods as yet, because the engine is not complete, but the other Mods done to the car speak for themselves I think :wink:
