This may help
Looks ok to me, i'd pass that so long as there were enough welds done properly, when i did mine i ran several short slugs of weld along the bottom to the floor instead of the spot welds though, easier to do and i reckon a little stronger, it was on the camocabrio though so any extra strength is good.
