angle grinder, pry bar and a big hammer????

or air saw (if you have one), cut the old sill along the length where it is
folded (where it joins the door step)

best way is with a spot weld drill just remove all the spot welds on the seam and the inner sill and a few smacks with an hammer and chisel should do it unless it as rubbish over sills onhold replacement sill over old sill, mark round the sill then remove, remark

The sill seam ( where it joins the rear quarter and doorstep ) is welded the same way as the roof with a rolling spot welder so needs to be cut below the seam..
I recommend the use of 1mm disks for cutting, it's quick and accurate, and then a sanding disk on the grinder to remove the remaining metal and spots. basically you want to end up in the position where you have the floor pan and door step/rear quarter fully exposed ( as you're likely to have to replace some of this too )
