Yeah cheers guys. It feels like I'm getting somewhere with her today to be honest. Had a good weekend and can now see how to lay my wiring out. Still need to sort out mounting the sensor for the digi-dash. Dunno whether to do it on the rear hub or not???

just use a standard VSS sensor on the gearbox, the output gives me a good signal to my dials, and nice and neat too.

Yer, i got an OBP one on hydraulic clutch

OBP: This pedal box has been designed specifically for the Classic Mini we have worked very closely with a Mini specialist to create a hi-performance system that is easy to fit. my arse is it easy to fit, its just a generic pedal box that they have decided to advertise as a mini one!

Can you send me some pictures of how you have fixed yours in matt? tearing my hair out

Well, I've had another disappointing trip to my engine builder and I still have no head.

I have officially given up on getting this ready for the ring now. There's just no way I can do it without having this weekend to fit the head, time it all up, sort manifolds out, get her running, get her ready for the MOT and paint the front end.

I am a lucky guy though, the amazing Juju has said it's OK to go in her luvverly Matilda Cooper! :D

Gutted for you Matt - I bet you feel like giving the engine builder a good kick in the man danglies! It's always more annoying when things that are beyond your control stop you from achieving what you want to do.

I hope Matilda behaves herself on the run!

I'm sure Matilda will behave, I reckon it's her mum we'll need to worry about! :)

nah, seriously, I'm gutted that it won't happen in the FReaK, but I've promised Ju that when FRK is good to go, we can go and have a thrash on a track together somewhere.

I'm just lucky that I've got a friend like Ju!

You worked so bl**dy hard on this.

Lemme at 'im. I'll sort 'im aaaaat.... :)

Matilda is good to go. Just needs a new brake disc or two.

Remember to pack 8 sets of wheel bearings, mmkay?

Yes, Stigmund, we shall get the swift. :) I think Matt should have a go too. :(

Awwww, such a shame Matt.
I was really rooting for you aswell as TomF. He seems to be having more luck than you at the moment.

Now that you arent so busy, could you please take some pictures of how you mounted your pedal box?

Thanks
King
