Ive got some Iskyderian race springs knocking about some where. There about 300lb though. Up side is they have some heritage these springs have seen the Nurburgring endurance race and the Monte Carlo Rally. Maybe a bit much for what you want to be honest. I just like bragging about their heritage

Well, I reckon I will get a full day at it on Saturday, so I should have all but the head finished. I can plonk the engine and gearbox in and put the head on later (should actually make lifting the engine and box a tiny bit easier).
And me elbow, yeah as you said, I think it was cartilage or something weird!
