Hubs are all built up now apart from bearings, i need some new oil seals first.
the fiesta brakes are on.

hubs almost finished just need some oil seals.

it does look good. its lighter. a better design, so better braking and its very easy to do.

i cut the lugs off with a reciprocating saw. im taking them to my college to face on a lathe to tidy it all up probably on wednesday ill get some picture once its all done.
getting the car on all 4 wheels is getting very close now...

solid disc ready to turn down - got a bargain from minispeed £15 for the pair
wheels bearing oil seals
falken tyres
screen rubbers
breather filters
will be getting driveshafts in the week hopefully and will machine the discs on wednesday.

havent done my discs as i was ill mon, tues & wed so didnt get chance to get on a lathe... bummer...

also started on the wiring loom. im feeding it through the passensger side of the bulkhead where the heater pipes used to go, to save me drilling more holes. i thought i might need to lengthen some of the wires to get them into the right place inside the cabin but most of them are fine. i may need to lengthen the switches depending on where i decide to put them but i will only know this once i have a seat in place...
i need an appropriate sized drift to get the oil seals in on my hubs, does anyone have any pointers on what to use?
