Hi All,

 

The electrical architecture of the mini Air-Con system can be a bit confusing. All the official Rover documentation found online has operational descriptions and wiring diagrams for the '97-on cars which is a great starting point, but subtly different for the earlier SPI cars.  e.g. there is no "A/C relay module" in earlier cars, they have individual relays peppered around the car, amongst other differences

 

I personally have a '94 SPI and decided to trace the electrical system to make an accurate wiring diagram and concept of operation.

 

I wanted to share my document with the forum.
