Rear Hi-Lo Problems

Hi 

 

I'm coming towards the end of a three year restoration and currenting fitting new red dot cones. And hi-lo with std height gaz shocks On the rear when i try to lower the ride height the adjustment bar  is so loose it falls out do i need shorter shocks or is that normal.

Yes, you'll need lowered shocks for that.

As Spider said, assuming the cones, hilos etc are all located in position correctly.
