Have to share this from my recently purchased Riley Elf, a previous owner upgraded the head lights to halogen lights but got the ones with side lights, although the Elf already has side lights. Obviously wiring was not this person’s forte as this is a picture of the ignition live to the switch which basically touched the steering column on it’s way to the bracket under the dash. How did it not catch fire ?
