Hi folks,

I have an issue with the wipers, after almost being done with assembely off the mini the wipers where very slow and had some smoke come from the wiper stalk/switch, so took everything apart, cleaned, regreased, brushes seem to fairly new…

Without the outer shell with magnets it turns free, once mounting the shell it stops spinning and just won’t budge…
Pulling or pushing the cable it won’t move…

Took the gear/drive cover off and hotwired it but no avail, as soon i take the magnetic shell off everything spins freely (not with power on it offcourse)
Something is binding but for the love off sanity can’t get my head around it…
