If you've been driving it for 40 minutes, the engine is next to run in. I just hope you've put it under some load, otherwise those rings won't have had the sufficient forces required to bed.
First make sure you have your igntion timing offset correct with a timing light.
I'd say your figures on boost could be a bit dangerous, especially near a bar of boost. If it were me, i'd knock 4 degrees out of all boost cells until you can get it dyno'd by someone with det cans.
Ignition timing should increase with RPM. There is no hard and fast rule with this, however looking at my own map, from 3500-7000, it increases by 2-3 degrees. So for safety, i'd start your 140KPA row from 3500 at 21 degrees, set the 7000 cell to 23 degrees, then linearise between them. Work with that in mind and set the rest of the boost cells to similar. Id also set your 10 & 20 cells to 18 all round, unless you want to say goodbye to your valves
