So unfortunately I never thought this day would come, and I am very unprepared for it. I find myself in a position I need to sell my pride and joy.. :-(

I literally have no idea what it’s worth. Where to begin? It’s not exactly standard but has been very sympathetically modified (was front cover and main feature in Mini Magazine a few years ago - probably doesn’t mean much!)

Any advice would be appreciated. I’m a very active eBay’r so would probably utilise this, but just no idea what it’s worth. I know I have spent in excess of 20,000 GPB on it over the years but clearly can’t even imagine to get anything close to half of this!

Wish I didn’t need to do this….

Maybe need more on spec and age and pics here..

If you get a good price on ebay let me know. Spent more than 20,000 on the wife.

Good luck with sale..

1976 1293cc with Eaton supercharger using dual injectors controlled by emerald ecu. I’d need to sit down and type it all out properly then update in here, too much on me phone!

Pics would be best.

You can use imgbb and post links:

My humble opinion is, if you HAVE to sell, put it on eBay for 10 - 15% more than you would be prepared to let it go for, hence whoever wants it, then has some haggling room and feels like they are getting something off asking price.

Too many "Eager Enthusiast" would rather pay for a heap of 'tin-worm poo', and spend £20k over 10 years, than forking out £20k all in one go for a ready to run car.

That way you know how it's done instead of buying something which could be full of dodgy repairs requiring an additional £20k spent on it.
