There was one at the Adelaid festival of speed last year (and maybe this year also but I didn't go this year) and yes they sound as cool as gelato.

The 1991 Le Mans-winning Mazda 787B is expected to be a highlight of this years Le Mans Classic event (July 3rd - 6th 2025).

I can't wait, we heard it at the Classic in 2023 and video just doesn't do it justice.
