Which Manufacturer, which tyre model?

I'm sure you know this already but there's usually 'direction of rotation' and an arrow, on the side if it's directional
does it not have that on it anywhere?

If it does not say so then it is not.

The way the pattern is it does look "diectional" but you will have to look at the sidewall.
Normally on a directional tyre there is an indication embossed on the sidewall, either "OUTSIDE", "INSIDE" or there will be an arrow pointing in the direction of rotation, sometimes they are also marked "DIRECTION" beside the arrow.
If you find no markings to the indicate that it is directional and you are still not sure look on the manufacturers website for confirmation.

I think you are looking for "Asymmetric", not directional. It probably has outside on it somewhere.

I would say it's Asymmetrical by the shape of the grooves going from inside to outside. It should have Inside and Outside somewhere on the sidewall. These grooves are designed to direct the water and mud to the inside where it covers the wheel well liner and not all over the outside of your car, especially over the door where it gets all over your clothes as you get in and out.

Looking at the tread pattern again I do not think there are is any asymmetric aspect to it.
The design of the assymmetric tyre tread pattern is such that there are two distinctive patterns, one on the right side and a different one on the left side of the tread, hence the term asymmetric, the two sides working together optmising the grip on varying road surfaces.

Are you sure, I must be missing something'Reversing' the tyre won't make any difference, the tread pattern 'direction' won't alter. You'll not get a mirror image.

If you copy the photo and rotate one, you'll see that it makes no difference if the way they are mounted.
