Just got a rear sub frame which is in very good overall condition but is missing the handbrake cable bracket, does anyone know if this is available to buy separately?

I've marked the bracket needed in the red circle in the attached photo.

I've looked on the usual mini parts sites but can't see it listed.

Appreciate any help, thanks

It is not but people have made their own and others have contacted makers of replacement subframes and go parts.

Yes thanks Nick, just to confirm for anyone that may need one in the future its not available to buy anywhere it seems, even tried Magnum but got no answer, no surprise there though.

Will just have to try and find a secondhand one, can't make one as I don't have an old one as a pattern, the joys of old cars eh!

If you think what it needs to do, I don't you'll need a pattern and it will be pretty easy to make something that will work effectively.
I'd bend some bundy tube, split it open along its length and weld it to some plate

Thanks GraemeC good idea, I will look at few more photos of a rear sub frame and try and do some precision eyeballing of the size/location of the bracket
