You should be able to get a pretty good idea from those photos, the studs are presumably still 5/16 & spaced the same as any A Series. Stick it in to some sort of drawing software that does dimensions & trace it out.

Is there anybody having a "large bore" LCB laying around and could bother with measuring the exhaust ports, I would very much appreciate it.

I have asked MS for exhaust port dimensions for their C-AHT289 and am still waiting fo an answer. In the meantime I asked Maniflow for dimensions on their LM005 and they replied:
Outsides 28mm wide ,30 mm height
Middle 30mm wide, 32 height
If their is somebody else that is interested....
