1994 Spi, Rover Cooper, turned on the lights and only the fog lights came on.  The blue light is on indicating the high beams but no headlights, brakes and turn signals are fine.  took the steering column cover off and the high beam/horn stalks seems to work fine.  Could this be the switch, or??

Have you verified that the fuse is okay? Checked the light bulbs?

No headlights? Left and right, dip and main beam, main beam indicator working. Has to be the common  negative earth connection. Most likely the bullet connector behind the grill.
