Most likely something aftermarket. Trace them back to whatever they go to.

I don't think its an original fitting and the wiring colours may not be relevant.
Blue/white is main beam
Light green/brown is flasher feed to indicators.
I can't think of any instance were this would give a useful indication.
Is there spot lights on the car? May be something to do with them?

The blue white doesn't look standard so maybe snipped off another make or model.
Have you got heated rear screen & fog light tell tales elsewhere? They're the obvious candidates.

Any ideas what the other 3 wires are all about?

presumably something there is a ground otherwise it'll do nothing at all, you could identify that one with a continuity test
possibly it grounds through the door open switch? it might be some sort of door open reminder xyz has been left on (though I would have used a buzzer probably)
the others you would either have to trace back to source, or put a meter on there and look for 12v when switching things on and off I suppose

As Stuart says you'll have to see where they go it seems about right for a simple accessory:
12v supply (permanent live or via the ignition switch or lighting circuit), feed to the accessory, feed to the tell tale light, earth for the light. You'd expect a switch somewhere near the light though.
The blue/white looked to be too dark a blue to me, unless it's just the photo. It could make sense for accessory spots lights, so they go off when high beam goes off.
