The latches on the backside of the front doors. 
 

it’s that Fing cold they don’t want to move freely. I think they have had some heavy grease on them. Luckily one door is open but I am going to need to take off an inner panel to get to the passenger one.

 

so lubrication what you using? That don’t go sticky in the cold.

 

mmm might buy an ultrasonic cleaner.

I usually use wd40 or spray grease. You could use a graphite or some oil

It's probably caused by ice forming in the locks and/or the door release buttons. Warm them with a hair drier and see if that restores movement.

If it does, when they are fully dried spray some ACF50 in them to keep the wayer, which freezes, out.

Graphite powder.  it is sold in a puffer dispenser.

PTFE spray works well in locks

 

WD-40 Dry PTFE Lubricant 400ml - Screwfix

I've used graphite powder as said from a puffer dispenser with sucess. This is what i bouight i think:

I agree with the graphite powder, it's fine enough to work it's way into the lock and keep everything free.
