Hi someone is selling 10 inch wellers on Ebay but not sure what width they are they look like 10x7 as there is a picture next to a ruler. I've ask the seller but he just said check the picture if anyone can have look to see what they think.

They’re most likely 6x10”. I’m not aware that Weller every made a 7” rim and they don’t look like they’ve been banded.

It's surprising that it appears many people don't know that the width of a wheel is expressed in terms of the width between/inside the rims i.e. where the tyre sits, not the width over the whole wheel outside of the rims

 

Seen plenty of Ebay ads for 7x10 wheels which were actually 6 inch wide (by proper definition) and also for 6x10 which were actually 5 inch wide 

 

 

 

In this case I would say the picture is a little vague to be certain of the actual width as the rule isn't very close to the wheel

 

 

Edit - also the diameter - always laugh when I see 11 inch wheels advertised........ at KwikFit - "can you give me a price for some 11s mate"  :D
