My 99 Sportspack is running like a bag of nails, cut a long story short I've been advised to change the crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor Ive replaced the crankshaft sensor, but for the life of me cannot find the camshaft sensor.Im getting mixed messages,it's on the side of the block on the same side as the crank sensor...it's under the air filter on the passenger side....even the Haines manual is as clear as mud....Can anyone help please? I've got a new sensor, just need to find out where it goes.

Cam sensor is at the rear of the the block, NS, you’ll see it where the fuel pump is on earlier A series.
