I am looking to replace this in-dash JVC unit with a new unit that has Bluetooth capabilities, and one which will not require modifications to the opening in the dash.

 

Any suggestions along with a photograph will be appreciated.

Any single DIN head unit will fit without modifications, its a standard sized hole, and they all do bluetooth nowadays.

 

I would recommend one without a CD, as they're less deep and easier to fit.

 

You can also get single DIN units where a modern android auto/apple carplay screen slides out, should that be your thing.

I have a steering column remote control for it, and an adaptor that allows my original FM antenna to work with DAB too.  It doesn't work as well as a modern car with factory DAB, but its not bad.
