Hi All,

Just wondering what experience members have had using Oldskoolminis for parts.  I used them for the first time on 1st November last year and from my experience I won't use them ever again,  I paid for fast delivery - that was a waste of time, it took a phone call to have part of the order sent out to me.  After further emails and corresponding empty promises I'm still waiting for the last items to complete my order.  The most recent email (from last week) remains unanswered.

Never have I experienced such poor customer service.

Surely I must be the exception.  Have other members had a similar experience with this company ?

Ian

I have a few months back. I requested a refund on an item which hasn't yet been despatched but the request was ignored and the phone was just ringing out. Then I was told it has been despatched. All the time saying I can't collect it. The item was then collected from the click and collect shop by a courier but hasn't arrived anywhere for a refund. They have asked me to call them but still no luck .. it's only £10 and I can't be bothered with the hassle

To note I have used them quite a few times with zero issues

I've bought parts from them via Ebay, always had very good service and prompt delivery from them. Not bought anything from them recently though.

My first attempt to buy from them was eBay. Item never arrived and communication was lacking. Eventually asked for a refund and that arrived promptly but without any communication. Unfortunately as that was my first experience with them I probably won't try again. Communication is key these days, especially when there is so much choice elsewhere.

Over the years, I have had no reason to be unsatisfied with the quality of the parts that I have bought from them.

Non-existant parking outside is the biggest drawback to dealing with them.
