Hi everyone. Anybody know what these might be for? Two loose ones in the boot of the car that don't appear to be for anything I have in there. Circled in yellow is pink and white and is to the driver's side rear light cluster, the other I'm not sure of the colour. Couldn't see it as it's hidden behind the petrol tank. Daz.

Didn't some have a boot lid switch for an alarm?

Should be purple/pink if it is https://www.theminif...ttach_id=193837

There isn't a switch on our car but the wire is long enough to easily reach that area, so makes sense.

Just zoomed in on the wire and it could be purple and a very light pink I suppose. I'll have another look tomorrow.

Thanks Steve. Read through your entire Sports pack build on Friday. The journey, and the car, is amazing.

The round one is probably for the rear fog lights.

As in plural Auto? To maybe run an additional one?

The hidden wire by the fuel tank is for a rear fog lamp possibly for LHD drive cars or markets that required two rear fog lamps to be fitted.. There will be another wire in the vicinity.

If it still has the original rear valance there will be a hole with a blanking plug for the lead from the rear fog lamp.

They have two fog light plugs, one at each side.

I quickly wrote the message and knew it would be "wrong", I remembered they have two plugs but thought it was only one light they had.
