Hi has anyone swapped out the fan from the heater and replaced with a centrifugal blower from T7, just wondering if it would work i think it should fit in the housing ok  . The motor in mine is that noisy i think its on the way out

Whilst anything is possible, it would be easier and probably even cheaper to fix or replace the original motor.

Is the motor even the problem? Move the vent control and see if the sound changes.
