Rear Wheel Rubbing

I’ve just fitted yoko 165/60 to my 90’ rover mini every wheel spins freely except the rear right one which rubs on what looks to be rear subframe.
I don’t know what’s going on. Bent sub? Worn suspension arm?
Thanks

It could be a collapsed bearing on the trailing arm pin and / or a bent arm.

Quite often a 165/60-12" tyre will get very close to the trailing arm when using Rover Minilight alloys as the clearance can be as little as 3mm which is why the John Cooper Garages handling kit was originally supplied with longer wheel studs and thin spacers.
As Spider said it`s well worth checking your pins and bushes but you will need the spacers for safety reasons as the tyre will flex and expand and the clearance is too small to be safe and although there will be hundreds of minis around without them it doesn`t make it okay.
