Had mine for 15+ years, still perfectly functional. Thanks for the heads up though, I’ve wanted to add another to the garage πŸ‘

I do find if you add a mid box the top shelf of the top box is rather usless as you can’t really see in.

 

there other lower level cabinets are not bad either.

Just be careful when comparing old ones to new ones. The older ones were better made, the newest ones a bit more flimsy.

 

I actually work for an independent tool company and previously worked for snap-on, If you want any advice on toolboxes, ive more than enough stories to tell of what to avoid.

 

Thankfully, for the money, Halfords boxes are OK.
