Hi everyone, my name is Stuart and I'm an alcoholic. Oops sorry, that's for Thursdays 

 

Over the past 35+ years I have owned lots of cars, kit cars and a few Minis. 

 

I have recently bought a 1990 Mini City that is in need of complete restoration after sitting for 16 years, thankfully in the dry.

 

Mechanical side is not a problem, nor is wiring, but I need to learn to weld!

 

Standby for LOTS of questions!!!

 

By the way, I live just outside Gloucester if there are any local Mini owners on here?!

Long shot here but it's not my old one is it? H533 TGT, 1990 red mini city, I sold it in 2003 to a guy in Doncaster. Looking at the MOT history it has been off the road since around 2011 so thought there could be a tiny chance it's the same car??
