Hi, I want to sign up for the subscription but I don't have a PayPal account. Is there any other way I can pay? I have looked through the FAQs but can't see anything. Thanks.

You can pay through Paypal as a guest.

 

Just go through the normal subscription process.

 

When you get to the Paypal login screen.

 

Select 'Pay with Credit/Debit card'.

 

Make sure you unselect the 'Create Paypal account' after entering your details unless you actually want to.

It’s obviously something I am doing wrong but having received an email to say my subscription is running out, I went to my account after that date (and time) and cannot find an option to renew. In fact the account page says you have no options to do that

There is a system lag of 24hrs. All the while under your Avatar you see TMF+Member in Amber, you will not be able to renew. When it reverts to Members in Grey font you should be able renew.

Glad I read this thread as just checked mine and it expired on 1 November - surprised there is no advance notification but have renewed anyway.
