Just make sure the jack will fit under 'WHEN THE TYRE IS FLAT'.
Dont ask how I know this can be a problem. ;-)

 
I used to carry Swingball Bats for this very reason

So you had something to do while waiting for the rac?

So you had something to do while waiting for the rac?
No so I could drive on to them to get ground clearance to get a Jack under.

Update: So I take it the jack I have should be the right one, but the jack hole in the sills are gummed up with underseal. Situation eased with new shocks and Hilos adjusted under warranty. Scissor jack the way forward-thanks for help
