When I suggested earlier in the post trial fitting the doors, I wasn't suggesting it would make anything any straighter. What it might do is give you an idea as to whether you could live with it the way it is.
I see Now I think I can live with it

Are you making a concours car or a car you want to use?
If concours then yes you may need to make it better (by the way I cannot actually see much wrong but I am not a concours person)
If you want to use it then I wouldn't worry at all. 95% or people will just go "Wow a REAL mini" and won't look at the door gaps or the exact details especially if it is nicely assembled with clean engine and interior (and nice wiring - just my "thing")
The other 5% are the concours people......

I think it is looking good, you've done a great job. I bet you can't see it from the driver's seat! Onward!

look straight enough from pics but be careful not to get gap too small at rear lower edge will catch when painted. suggest on final fitment to weight the doors and leave overnight and check fitment in morning they will settle. for the floors you will not notice them when car finished so long as subframes fit.
as said above you need to be realistic on where you are aiming, big bucks build with years of experience or just proud of what you have achieved, but looking good so far

Plus, you'll have plenty of other things to worry about once it's completed..
What's that rattle?
Why is the temperature gauge a millimeter past N?
Why is my fuel gauge not working?
Why are my indicators not self cancelling?
This list goes on....

I don't see a problem .
I bet Factory isn't any better ...
I remember when the Mary Quants were new -
The doors were jammed solid in the frame
the mechanics on PDI had to use a block of wood & a jack to get the doors to work
Bonnets kept popping up due to bonnet bent wrong & rust seeping from seam trims -
They were fresh from longbridge .
I would concentrate on getting it water tight & rust resistant
So to recap - looks good to me
carry on - Best of luck

I rolled out Manuel from the garage and checked what I've done 5 years ago. I'm glad to see the same mistakes which all disappear with increasing the viewing distance
