Good afternoon, 

 

I have been a memebr for a little while and im now looking to buy another mini. i had one for my first car and regrett selling it. 

 

Im looking to purchase a shell that needs some work, a project for me to tinker with 

 

Bit of a random question, i have seen a shell im interested in and i would need to re fit the bottom dash rail. what is the process to refit this? is there some soft of guide on here at all?

Maybe have a look on YouTube, I would not think it is to difficult though.

offer it up, clamp it in place and weld it in as far as I know? I can't imagine it's much more complicated than that although admittedly I've not done one myself

 

is there still remnants of the previous one in place or is it totally removed 

 

If I recall correctly Victor did it on his build so you might find relevant pictures there if you have a read through https://www.theminif...000-le-stripey/ I did scan through but can't find the right page at short notice
